Founded in Lucknow in 2019 on a single conviction — that India deserved a house where mithai, patisserie and coffee could sit together, with none of them compromised.

Built with an unwavering focus on craft, scale and consistency — one outlet at a time.
The Hazelnut Factory was born from a simple belief — that premium sweets deserve premium craft. From the finest mithai to artisanal baklava, every product carries the promise of uncompromised quality.
What started as a shared love for exceptional ingredients has grown into a name synonymous with speciality coffee, artisanal sweets and patisserie.

Every outlet is a new story - and we're writing many more.

Three principles.
No exceptions.
Not values on a wall. Decisions made every day in the kitchen.
Tradition is the ingredient, not the recipe.
Our baklavas carry pistachios from Raichur and honey from Kutch, folded using a technique refined over three years. Indian in soul, global in craft.
The packaging is the first bite.
Before anyone tastes anything, they feel the weight of the box, hear the ribbon, see the seal. Every material is chosen. Nothing is an afterthought.
Nothing ships that we wouldn't gift ourselves.
Every batch is tested. Every box is checked. Someone in Chennai receives the same experience as someone in Delhi. That's our standard.
